Last date for issue of application: 25th June, 2013
Last date for issue of application MBA (by post/at counter) 22nd June, 2013
Last date for submission of application: 29th June, 2013
Last date for submission of application with late fees: 05th July, 2013
Last date for submission: MBA 05th July, 2013
Conduct of entrance test (other than MBA) 14th July 2013
Declaration of results and publication of merit list: 18th July, 2013
Counselling and registration with fees: 23rd July to 25th July, 2013
Counselling and registration with fees: 26th July to 28th July, 2013
Commencement of Academic Session 29th July, 2013
The applications are invited from the eligible students for admission in following courses being offered by various schools of the Doon University

Course Offered

School of Environment and Natural Resources
M.Sc Environmental Science (with specialization in Natural Resource Management) 20 seats
Eligibility: Graduation in biological/applied sciences from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per State Govt rules)
M.Sc Environmental Science (with specialization in Environmental Studies) 20 seats
Eligibility: Graduation in basic/applied sciences from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules
Ph.D Programme (05 seats)
Eligibility: Master’s degree from a recognized university with minimum of 55% of marks or equivalent OGPA in the relevant field and having qualified the NET/JRF examination conducted by CSIR / UGC / ICMR / DBT
M.Tech. Environmental Technology (with specialization Environment Studies) 20 seats
GATE / JRF and Interview
School of Communication
M.A. Communication (40 seats)
Eligibility: Graduation in any subject from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/St and other categories as per state Govt rules)
Integrated 5 year M.A. Communication (60 seats)
Eligibility: 10+2 in any subject from a recognized board with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules)
School of Management
Master of Business Administration (60 seats)
Eligibility: The admission will be based on valid MAT score following group discussion/personal interview conducted by the University
Applicants must be graduate in any subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules) and have valid composite MAT score of 600 or above for general category (500 or above for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules) to apply
School of Social Sciences
Integrated 5 year M.Sc (Economics) course (25 seats) with specialization in Economics/Environmental and Natural Resource Economics/Business Economics with an exit option after three years with a B.A. (Honours) in Economics
Eligibility: 10+2 in any subject from a recognized board with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules)
A strong background in quantitative techniques is desirable
M.A. Economics (25 seats)
M.A. Economics (Integrated) 60 seats or 5 years
M. Phil Economics 10 seats or course 2 years
Eligibility: Graduation with at least 50% marks in Social Sciences/Commerce (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules) or 60% in any other discipline (55% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules) from a recognized university
Vocational Studies 
P.G. Diploma in Security Management 1 yrs (30 seats)
School of Languages
A strong background in quantitative techniques is desirable
Integrated 5 year M.A. Course (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, German languages) 25 seats each
Eligibility: 10+2 in any subject from a recognized board with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and other categories as per state Govt rules)
