Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree course from any recognized university.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the percentage of marks secured in HSC examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copy of residential certificate, caste certificate, educational qualification, mark sheets, employment exchange registration card, date of birth certificate, copy of proving that the applicant has passed at least M.E standard in Oriya, two passport size photographs, character certificate from a gazetted Officer may be sent to the Office of DSWO, Balangir or District Social Welfare Officer, District Office, Balangir by post on or before 10-02-2014 by 5:00 PM .
