Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years as on 01-01-2014.i.e should born on or after 01-01-1974. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduate in Agriculture/ Post Graduate in any discipline including Business Management/ Post Graduate specialisation in Marketing Management.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.300/- in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd, payable at Udyogamandal (State Bank of Travancore, Dena Bank, Bank of India). SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribe format along with self attested copies of certificates to prove age, qualification, experience etc., and caste/community, disability certificate etc., demand draft, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the post of Senior Regional Manager–FACT 2014”, should reach to the Chief Manager (HR), Human Resources Department, FEDO Building, FACT Ltd., Udyogamandal, Kerala.
