Age Limit: Candidate should have completed 18 Years of age and should not be more than 35 years of age, as on 28-02-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government, Speed in English Short Hand 120 w.p.m/ 100 w.p.m & basic knowledge of Computer Operation for S.No.1 & 2 posts, Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government, Speed in Gujarati Short Hand 90 w.p.m/ 75 w.p.m & basic knowledge of Computer Operation for S.No.3 & 4 posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Main Examination, Practical / Skill (Stenography) Test & Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview).

3. Candidates should register their own Mobile Number to the SMS alerts after submitting the application.
4. Save the On-line Application, by clicking ‘Save’ button.
5. Fill up all the Fields given in On-line Application Format, carefully, as per the Instructions.
6. Thereafter, a new window will be opened which displays Candidate’s Application Number as the application saved. Note down the application number.
7. By using Application No. and Date of Birth, candidate is required to Upload his/ her ‘Scanned Photograph’ (latest) and ‘Scanned Signature’ in the stipulated size & format.
