Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per UP Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have MBBS Degree from a recognized college/ Institute with MCI Registration for Sl No 1 & 2 and M.Sc in Medical Physics from a recognized University or M.Sc in Physics from a recognized university with a diploma in Radiological/ Medical Physics for Sl No 3 and Bachelors Degree in Science/ Commerce (55 % or More), 02 years Diploma in Material Management for Sl No 4 and refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Application Fee: Candidates have to take bank draft issued from nationalized Bank for Rs.300/- for OBC & General and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST in favour of Finance Controller, RMLIMS, Lucknow, payable at Lucknow.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examinations/ Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with attested copies of testimonials in support of age (date of birth), educational/ technical qualifications (Mark sheets & Certificates), experience and caste certificate, bank draft, self-addressed envelop and superscribing the envelope with Advertisement No and name of the post and send through Registered Post/ Speed Post and send to The Director.
